Kolapore Uplands is located in the Blue Mountain region of the scenic Niagara Escarpment. The well-marked trails are approximately 50 km (31 mi) in length. This all season, multi-use trail will cover 230 kms between Killbear Provincial Park and Algonquin Provincial Park, thus linking seven of Ontario's provincial parks. Minimum usage will be hiking and biking although each Municipality will determine other trail uses which may include horseback riding, snowmobiling, dog sledding, cross-country skiing and ATV's. This path takes visitors along the breathtaking Parry Sound shores, allowing for stunning views of the Georgian Bay. Runners, cyclists and walkers can utilize the workout stations that are situated at regular intervals. The entire length of the trail is approximately 5 kms (3.15 miles). The Seguin Recreational Trail, at 61 kms, is an important link in the Park-To-Park Trail. This four season, shared use trail permits snowmobiling, dog sledding and cross country skiing in the winter. Hiking, biking, horseback riding and ATV use are allowed uses during other seasons. The path follows both hardwood forests and rock backdrops.
